The Standard delivery for all UK orders over £49 is FREE! (Other UK destination and Express delivery supplements still apply). All deliveries are sent on 5 - 7 days trackable parcel service. However, please allow 7 - 10 working days for deliveries. A signature is required on delivery. All deliveries below £69.00 to locations in, Channel Islands and the Isle of Man are subject to a supplement of £4.95 to cover additional carriage charges made by their carriers. FREE for orders over £69.00. Deliveries are sent the following day except weekends on a 48-hour Guaranteed Parcel Service. However please allow 3-5 working days for delivery.

At Arrowfile.com You may return your order by giving them notice of returns within 30 days of the date of collection or delivery. Such notice may be given by mail, fax, e-mail or by phone with reference to the returns section on the reverse of the invoice/despatch note. Please repack the Product(s) using the original packing supplied, complete the returns section on the reverse of the invoice/despatch note and send this back together with the Product(s). You will then be entitled to a full refund from them, which shall be paid as soon as possible, but in any event within 30 days from receipt by them of the returned Product(s). Goods damaged in transit to you will be replaced at no additional cost. Please inform them of any damage to the Product(s) within 3 days of delivery. Unless Product(s) are damaged, faulty or the wrong goods are sent in error you must arrange for and pay the costs of returning the Products to them and they may deduct this from the refund.
